2 & 1/2 cups of water
1 & 1/2 cups of instant powdered milk
1 tablespoon of plain yogurt ( for starter )

Cooking Instructions

  1. Use small inner pot and put 2 & 1/2 cups of water and heat to very hot ( NOT BOILING )
  2. Remove from heat and mix in milk powder (MIX WELL)
  3. Mix Starter ( plain yogurt ) into powdered milk mix

    Because of small quantity, use the large pot to create the heat.

  4. Fill pot to 1/3 capacity with water and boil while mixing the powdered milk and starter in small inner pot on top of large inner pot.
  5. Boil for 15 minutes
  6. Place both pots with lid on small inner pot into large outter thermal pot and close the lid.
  7. Leave for 6 Hours or until set.
  8. Cooking time 6 hours.

HINT … After the cooking process has been completed and you would like your yogurt to be thicker, then place yogurt into a lined colander with cheese cloth and sit in a large bowl to drain and then place into the fridge.
