Vanilla Custard.
3 eggs
2 tablespoons castor sugar
2 cups milk (low fat is fine)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
nutmeg
- Whisk the eggs and sugar well in the inner pot.
- Whisk in the milk and vanilla essence.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Fill the outer pot with water to 1/3 full and insert the inner pot.
- Cover with lid.
- Bring the water to the boil for 15 mins.
- Place in Eco Pot and leave for at least one hour.
- Cooking time 1 hour.
HINT … Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
