Stir-fry duck

Stir Fried Duck with Chilli Paste.


1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium onion thinly sliced
4 duck breasts, skin removed and cut into thin strips
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 fresh chilli deseeded and slice in 4 strips
salt and pepper to season
lettuce, cucumber for serving

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large inner pot.
  2. Add garlic, fresh chilli and onion and stir fry until fragrant and onion is just softened.
  3. Season the duck.
  4. Add to pot and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. Add in chilli paste and fish sauce.
  6. Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
  7. Transfer pot to Ecopot, lid on.
  8. Cooking time 1 hour.

HINT … Serve with rice, lettuce and cucumber.
