Stir Fried Duck with Chilli Paste.
1 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 medium onion thinly sliced
4 duck breasts, skin removed and cut into thin strips
2 tbsp chilli paste
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 fresh chilli deseeded and slice in 4 strips
salt and pepper to season
lettuce, cucumber for serving
- Heat oil in large inner pot.
- Add garlic, fresh chilli and onion and stir fry until fragrant and onion is just softened.
- Season the duck.
- Add to pot and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add in chilli paste and fish sauce.
- Bring to boil and simmer 5 minutes.
- Transfer pot to Ecopot, lid on.
- Cooking time 1 hour.
HINT … Serve with rice, lettuce and cucumber.
