Joyner’s Steak and Red Wine Casserole

Beef and red wine casserole

Sent in by Peter Finlayson and Merryn Joyner. Here is an extract from their email to us. “Our family recently travelled for three months around Australia. We would wake up in the morning and prepare that evening’s meal prior to our big days out. When serving up at night we watched as others continued to set up sites orargue amongst themselves on who was cooking or eat their sausage on bread. Thanks Ecopot.”
