Beef stock

Ingredients

tsp oil
base ingredients
2 kg beef bones water
salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Heat oil in large inner pot and add base ingredients.
  2. Add 2kg beef bones to pot, stir well.
  3. Add water to pot and cover ingredients.
  4. Bring to boil and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. Skim scum off surface.
  6. Add salt to taste.
  7. Transfer pot to Ecopot, with lid on.
  8. Cooking time 4 hours.
